Comment

The Kingdom of the Netherlands is not a party to the treaty between the United States of America and Panama of 07-09-1977 (see nr. 001033), but only to this accompanying Protocol.

The Protocol was in force for the Netherlands Antilles from 03-04-1985 until 10-10-2010.
