Comment
In accordance with article XIII of the Agreement between the Government of the Kingdom
of the Netherlands in respect of Aruba and the Government of the United States of
America on preclearance (Washington, 2 December 1994; treaty number 005387) the effect
of the present Agreement was suspended as of 1 January 1995, see Dutch Treaty Series
1996, 102.
