Comment

The Agreement was suspended for the Netherlands by the Kingdom on 1 September 1980. Subsequently, the Agreement was suspended by Suriname for the entire Kingdom as of 22 December 1980.

The Agreement was in force for the Netherlands Antilles from 12-05-1976 until 10-10-2010.
