Comment

By notification of 18 February 2023 the Kingdom of the Netherlands notified the Russian Federation that the present Protocol will be suspended.
The suspension took effect on 21 February 2023.

The Protocol was in force for the Netherlands Antilles from 01-06-1973 until 10-10-2010.
