The International Grains Agreement 1995 consisted of the Grains Trade Convention 1995 (UNTC XIX.41a) and the Food Aid Convention 1995 (see treaty number 006250, UNTC XIX.41b). The Food Aid Convention 1994 was replaced by the Food Aid Convention 1999 (see treaty number 009173, UNTC XIX.41c).

The Kingdom of the Netherlands is not a party to the Grains Trade Convention 1995; the European Union has become a party in 1995. As of 2012, when the Food Aid Convention 1999 was not extended (Trb. 2019, 126), extensions of the Grains Trade Convention 1995 are also no longer being published by the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
