Comment

The Agreement has entered into force on 1 June 1953 for the entire Kingdom. The Agreement is suspended as of 1 April 1975 with respect to holders of regular passports, see Trb. 1975, 30. On 13 June 2006, the Kingdom of the Netherlands has notified Pakistan that application of the present Agreement will be suspended as of 1 August 2006 with respect to holders of service passports, see Trb. 2006, 173. The suspension will apply to the entire Kingdom.
