Comment

Based on Regulation (EC) no. 539/2001 as amended by Regulation (EC) no. 1244/2009, all citizens of the Former Yugoslav Republic have been free to travel within the Schengen Area without a visa since 19 December 2009. These Regulations apply to the entire Kingdom of the Netherlands. Entry into force of this agreement therefore no longer serves any purpose.
