Comment

In accordance with article 12, paragraph 2 of the Agreement, articles 4, 5, 6, and 7 of the Agreement were applied provisionally by the Kingdom of the Netherlands in respect of the Netherlands in Europe as of 1 January 2006. Due to changes in social security legislation, the Kingdom of the Netherlands revoked its ratification of this Agreement; its provisional application of articles 4, 5, 6, and 7 was terminated as of 1 January 2012 and the Agreement will not enter into force (Parliamentary Paper 32149).
