Comment

In the letter of 4 April 2016, the Turks and Caicos Islands have declared, in accordance with article 17, paragraph 2, of the Convention, with reference to the repeal of Council Directive 2003/48/EEC of 3 June 2003 on taxation of savings income in the form of interest payment (PbEU 2003, L 157), that the Convention has been suspended from 4 April 2016.
