Comment

Parties may
- at the latest on 1 July 2014 agree that the penitentiary institution remains available to the sending state after 31 December 2014 until at the latest 31 December 2015;
- at the latest 1 July 2015 agree that the penitentiary institution remains available to the sending state after 31 December 2015 until at the latest 31 December 2016.
The Convention will then remain in force until 31 December 2015 or otherwise 31 December 2016.
