Comment
The Agreement will not enter into force. The notification made by the Kingdom of the Netherlands to the Republic of Malawi on 6 July 2018 pursuant to Article 29, paragraph 1, of the Agreement has been withdrawn on 16 February 2024. The States General was informed about the withdrawal of the notification by the Minister of Foreign Affairs on 18 June 2024.
