Protocol modifying the Agreement of 9 February 1994 on the levying of a user charge
for the use of certain roads by heavy goods vehicles according to Directive (EU) 2022/362
of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 February 2022 amending Directives
1999/62/EC, 1999/37/EC and (EU) 2019/520, as regards the charging of vehicles for
the use of certain infrastructures
By diplomatic note dated 22 March 2024, Denmark notified the depositary that it will
not ratify the Protocol due to the termination as of 1 January 2025 of the Eurovignette
Convention, signed in Brussels on 9 February 1994.
