Comment
An objection relating to the recommended amendment was received by the Secretary General
of the World Customs Organisation (WCO) within the period of six months allowed for
such objections under paragraph 2 of Article 16 of the Convention. In accordance with
paragraph 3 of Article 16 of the Convention, the amendment is therefore not deemed
to be accepted.
