For the purpose of Article 1 of the Protocol of 1996 to the Merchant Shipping (Minimum Standards) Convention, 1976, the Government of Malta declares that it is accepting the Seafarers' Identity Documents Convention, 1958 (No.108) listed in Part B of the Supplementary Appendix to the said Protocol and is extending the list of Conventions appearing in the Appendix to the Merchant Shipping (Minimum Standards) Convention, 1976 (No.147) to also include the Seafarers' Identity Documents Convention, 1958 (No.108).

Netherlands, the Kingdom of the

With reference to Article 3, paragraph 1, of the Protocol of 1996 to the Merchant Shipping (Minimum Standards) Convention, 1976, adopted by the General Conference of the International Labour Organisation during its 84th session on 22 October 1996, the Kingdom of the Netherlands declares that the Conventions listed in Part B of the Supplementary Appendix to the Protocol are not accepted by the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
