Pursuant to article 27, any provision of article 10, article 15 or chapter IV which allows an authorisation, ratification or termination of authority to be other than in writing does not apply where the principal or the agent has its place of business in Mexico.
Pursuant to article 29, the Mexican organisations that are specially authorised to exclusively carry on foreign trade will not be considered, for the purposes of article 13, paragraphs 2 (b) and 4, as agents in their relations with other organisations having their place of business in Mexico.
