Comment

A preceding treaty remains applicable in the treaty relations between the parties if one of the parties has not ratified a revised agreement. This is the case for the following parties: Lebanon and Tunisia (bound by the text of Nice 1957) and Algeria, the Faroe Islands, Israel and Morocco (bound by the text of Stockholm 1967).
