With regard to Article 1 of the Additional Protocol to the Convention on Reduction of Cases of Multiple Nationality and Military Obligations in Cases of Multiple Nationality, the French Government wishes to point out that it will not communicate information concerning refugees who are nationals of another contracting Party, unless such refugees are notified and expressly consent to the communication.

The central authority which has been designated, in conformity with Article 3 of the Additional Protocol, to receive the transmission mentioned in Article 1 of the Protocol will be the Minister of Security and Justice (P.O. Box 20301, 2500 EH The Hague).

In conformity with Article 3 of the Additional Protocol it is hereby declared that the central authority in Norway designated to receive transmissions communicating the acquisitions of nationality as stipulated in Article 1 and Article 2 of the Additional Protocol is The Royal Norwegian Ministry of Justice and Police, Postboks 8005 Dep, N-OSLO 1.
