In accordance with Article 3 of the European Code of Social Security (Revised), the
Kingdom of the Netherlands declares that it accepts the provisions of the said Code
in their entirety.
In accordance with Article 86 of the European Code of Social Security (Revised), the
Kingdom of the Netherlands declares that it accepts the said Code for the Kingdom
in Europe.
