Italy

The central authority provided for in article 4 of this convention is the Ministry of the Interior.
The Italian Government, under the terms of article 8, declares that it excludes acquisitions of nationality resulting from option or reintegration from the information to be given under article 1.

Luxembourg

Netherlands, the Kingdom of the

The central authority provided for in article 4 of this convention is the Ministry of Justice.
As regards the Kingdom of the Netherlands, in view of the equality that exists from the public-law perspective between the Netherlands and the Netherlands Antilles, the terms ‘metropolitan territory’ and ‘extra-metropolitan territories’, used in the text of the convention, signify ‘European territories’ and ‘non-European territories’.
