The Agreement of 17 December 1962 between the member States of the Council of Europe on the issue to Military and Civilian War-Disabled of an International Book of Vouchers for the repair of Prosthetic and Orthopaedic Appliances shall also apply to the Land Berlin with effect from the date on which it entered into force for the Federal Republic of Germany.
