Comment

The International Grains Agreement 1995 consisted of the Grains Trade Convention 1995 (see treaty number 006249, UNTC XIX.41a) and the Food Aid Convention 1995 (UNTC XIX.41b). The Food Aid Convention 1994 was replaced by the Food Aid Convention 1999 (see treaty number 009173, UNTC XIX.41c).
