For the purpose of implementing the provisions of article 35, paragraph 4 of the Constitution of the International Labour Organization and article 21 of the Convention (no. 95) concerning the Protection of Wages, the Government of the Netherlands accepts the provisions of this Convention on behalf of Suriname and the Netherlands Antilles, which provisions will be applied in those areas without modification.
