The Kingdom of the Netherlands accepts, on behalf of Suriname and the Netherlands Antilles, the obligations of the Convention (no. 88) concerning the Organisation of the Employment Service; in Suriname they will be applied without modification; in the Netherlands Antilles they will be applied with the exception of articles 4, 5, 6 (d) and 8, in connection with local circumstances.
