The Convention is provisionally applied between Denmark and Spain as of 9 March 1998; Between the abovementioned states and Portugal as of 4 January 1999; Between the abovementioned states and Germany as of 11 March 1999; Between the abovementioned states and Finland as of 6 July 1999; Between the abovementioned states and the Kingdom of the Netherlands (the European
part of the Netherlands) from 27 September 2010 to 1 January 2004; Between the abovementioned states and Austria as of 11 July 2001; Between the abovementioned states and Belgium as of 23 October 2001; Between the abovementioned states and Luxemburg as of 28 October 2001; Between the abovementioned states and Sweden as of 1 November 2001; Between the abovementioned states and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern
Ireland as of 20 March 2002; Between the abovementioned states and Lithuania as of 26 august 2004; Between the abovementioned states and France as of 30 June 2005; Between the abovementioned states and Poland as of 18 July 2006; Between the abovementioned states and Slovenia as of 16 July 2007.
