Judgements on matters covered by the Convention shall, when given by a court in Austria, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden or the United Kingdom, be recognised and enforced in the Republic of Cyprus according to the relevant internal Community rules on the subject (at present, these rules are laid down in Regulation (EC) No 44/2001).

Lithuania

...the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania ... declares that judgments on matters covered by the Convention shall, when given by a court of Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden or the United Kingdom, be recognized and enforced in the Republic of Lithuania according to the relevant internal Community rules on the subject.

Russian Federation

The Russian Federation, in accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 5 of the International Convention on Liability and Compensation for Damage in Connection with the Carriage of Hazardous and Noxious Substances by Sea, 1996, declares that this Convention does not apply to ships:
which do not exceed 200 gross tonnage; and
which carry hazardous and noxious substances in packaged forms only; and
whilst engaged on voyages between ports or facilities of the Russian Federation.
