[…] declares, in conformity with Article 14 of the Convention on combating bribery of foreign public officials in international business transactions, done at Paris on 17 December 1997, that the Kingdom of the Netherlands accepts the said Convention for Curaçao, and that the provisions so accepted shall be observed in their entirety.
