[…] declares, in conformity with Article 14 of the Convention on combating bribery
of foreign public officials in international business transactions, done at Paris
on 17 December 1997, that the Kingdom of the Netherlands accepts the said Convention
for Curaçao, and that the provisions so accepted shall be observed in their entirety.
[…] that, in accordance with Article 11 of the Convention, the authority responsible
for making and receiving requests, which shall serve as a channel of communication
for these matters for Curaçao is:
