By a note dated 16 April 1966 the Government of France, in accordance with article 9 paragraph 2, announced its intention to extend the Convention to the whole of the territory of the French Republic.
The Convention entered into force on 1 December 1966 as between all the Contracting States and the territories concerned, in accordance with article 9, paragraph 3.

Portugal

29-01-1969

The Government of Portugal, in accordance with article 9, paragraph 2, announced its intention to extend the application of the Convention to all territories of the Portuguese Republic.
The Convention entered into force on 3 September 1969 as between all the Contracting States and the territories concerned, in accordance with article 9, paragraph 3.
