Comment
The provisions of the Agreement have been suspended as of 30 March 2008. As of 29
June 2020, the Agreement has been replaced by the Air Transport Agreement between
the European Community and its Member States of the one part and the United States
of America of the other part of 30 April 2007 (see article 22 in conjunction with
Annex I, Part I, sub o of the latter Agreement).
The Air Transport Agreement was in force for the Netherlands Antilles from 31-05-1957
until 16-02-1999, before which it had been provisionally applied from 03-04-1957.
