Comment
Based on Regulation (EC) no. 539/2001, all Croatian citizens have been free to travel within the Schengen area without a visa since 10 April 2001. This Regulation applies to the entire Kingdom of the Netherlands. Entry into force of this agreement therefore no longer serves any purpose.
