Upon acceding to the Protocol Concerning Pollution from Land-Based Sources and Activities to the Convention for the Protection and Development of the Marine Environment of the Wider Caribbean Region, the Government of Jamaica, in accordance with Article XVIII (3) of the Protocol, declares that this accession does not apply to any annex other than Annexes I to IV.
