The Government of the Republic of Hungary upon paragraph 2 of Article 35 of the Treaty on European Union hereby declares that the Republic of Hungary accepts the jurisdiction of the Court of Justice of the European Communities to give preliminary rulings as specified in point a) paragraph 3 of Article 35 of the Treaty on European Union.
