Comment
In the letter of 18 November 2015, the British Virgin Islands have declared, in accordance with article 18, paragraph 2 of the Convention, with reference to the repeal of Council Directive 2003/48/EEC of 3 June 2003 on taxation of savings income in the form of interest payment (PbEU 2003, L 157), that the Convention has been suspended from 1 January 2016.
