Comment
Although the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade of 15 April 1994 is, in accordance
with article II, paragraph four, of the Agreement establishing the World Trade Organization
of 15 April 1994, legally separate from the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade
of 30 October 1947, the provisions of the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade of
30 October 1947 have, in accordance with article I of Annex 1A of the Agreement establishing
the World Trade Organization of 15 April 1994, become part of the General Agreement
on Tariffs and Trade of 15 April 1994.
The Agreement was in force for the Netherlands Antilles from 01-01-1995 until 10-10-2010.
