l. With respect to Belgium, these agreements shall enter into force in accordance
with article 6, paragraph 1.
2. These agreements shall become fully effective with respect to physical or juridical
persons under Belgian law upon receipt by all other parties of the notification that
the national law concerning this matter has come into force.

... In accordance with para 2 of Article 6, this Memorandum shall enter into force for the Bulgarian Party upon receipt of the notification of such approval by all other Parties.
Czechoslovakia (<01-01-1993)

... That the Memorandum of Understanding on the Avoidance of Overlaps and Conflicts relating to Deep Sea-bed Areas shall enter into force in respect to the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic in accordance with article 6, paragraph 2 of the above-mentioned Memorandum only after the notification to all other Parties that all legal requirements of the Czechoslovak legal system have been met.
Netherlands, the Kingdom of the

The Government of the Kingdom of the Netherlands declares in conformity with Article 6, second paragraph, that both Memoranda will enter into force for the Kingdom of the Netherlands upon the receipt of a notification by all Parties that all legal requirements in the Kingdom of the Netherlands have been met.
