The Convention is provisionally applied between the Netherlands (the European part)
and France as of 25 January 2010;
Between the abovementioned states and Latvia as of 4 February 2010;
Between the abovementioned states and Lithuania as of 23 February 2010;
Between the abovementioned states and Sweden as of 23 March 2010;
Between the abovementioned states and Denmark as of 9 June 2010;
Between the abovementioned states and Spain and Finland as of 10 November 2010;
Between the abovementioned states and Slovenia as of 11 November 2010;
Between the abovementioned states and the United Kingdom as of 18 August 2011;
