Until the Convention enters into force, Denmark will in accordance with Article 7, paragraph 3, apply this Convention in its relations with those Member States which have made the same declaration, with regard to the provisions concerned by this Convention. The Convention shall not apply to Greenland and the Faroe Islands.
Finland

The Republic of Finland declares that, until the Convention enters into force and in accordance with Article 7, paragraph 3, of the Convention, it will apply the Convention in its relations with those Member States which have made the same declaration for the provisions concerned by this Convention.

In pursuance of the said Convention, the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania declares that until the entry into force of the Convention the Republic of Lithuania will apply the Convention in its relations with those Member States of the European Union which have made the same declaration.

In accordance with Article 7(3) of the Convention, the Kingdom of the Netherlands declares that the Netherlands will apply the Convention in its relations with those Member States which have made or make a similar declaration, with regard to the provisions concerned by the Convention.
