The Agreement, with Protocol and Annexes, is applied provisionally from 16 October 2020, with the exception of Article 5(1) and Article 5(2)(b) of the Agreement and Article 3(1)(a) and Article 3(1)(c) of the Protocol to the Agreement (Trb. 2020, 108).
