In relation with article V.3 of the Regional Convention on the Recognition of Studies, Diplomas and Degrees in Higher Education in Latin America and the Caribbean, done in Buenos Aires on 13 July 2019, the Holy See declares that, once the Global Convention on the Recognition of Qualifications concerning Higher Education, done in Paris on 25 November 2019, will have entered into force, the provisions more favorable to recognition contained in the Global Convention shall apply to its reciprocal relations with those States which are Parties to both instruments.
