  At the time of accession, Grenada made the following declarations: In accordance with subparagraph (a) of paragraph 4 of Article 21, the Government of Grenada declares jurisdiction over offences outlined in the cases set forth in paragraph 2 of Article 8, subparagraphs (a) and (b) of the Convention under its national laws, in particularly under the Civil Aviation Act Cap54A and the Protection of Aircraft Act Cap259 of the laws of Grenada.   1. the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia shall establish jurisdiction over any offence committed in the cases specified in subparagraphs (a) and (b) of paragraph (2) of Article 8 of the Convention, in accordance with subparagraph (a) of paragraph (4) of Article 21 of the Convention; 2. the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia shall, in line with its relevant national regulations, apply the provisions of subparagraph (d) of paragraph (4) of Article 1 of the Convention, in accordance with subparagraph (b) of paragraph (4) of Article 21 of the Convention; 3. the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia does not consider itself bound by paragraph (1) of Article 20 of the Convention, concerning the settlement of disputes through referral to arbitration or to the International Court of Justice, in accordance with paragraph (2) of the same Article; 4. the accession of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the Convention shall not, under any circumstances, be construed as entailing any obligation on the part of the Kingdom to cooperate, in any form, with countries with which it does not maintain diplomatic relations, within the framework of the said Convention.
