Comment
The Convention is provisionally applied between Denmark and Italy as of 1 January
1991;
Between the abovementioned states and France as of 10 March 1992;
Between the abovementioned states and Belgium as of 16 March 1997;
Between the abovementioned states and Ireland as of 8 March 1999;
Between the abovementioned states and Latvia as of 31 October 2010.
