Belgium

16-03-1997

In accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 6 of the Convention abolishing the legalization of documents in the Member States of the European Communities (done at Brussels on the 25 day of May 1987), Belgium declares that it will apply this Convention in its relations with those Member States which have made the same declaration.

Cyprus

29-04-2005

- Pursuant to Article 5 of the Convention, the Republic of Cyprus declares that the Ministry of Justice and Public Order is designated as the central authority to exercise the functions provided for in the Convention
- Pursuant to Article 5 of the Convention, the Republic of Cyprus declares that the central authority shall accept requests for information in the Greek, English and German language.

Denmark

In accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 6 of the Convention abolishing the legalization of documents in the Member States of the European Communities (done at Brussels on the 25 day of May 1987), Denmark declares that it will apply this Convention in its relations with those Member States which have made the same declaration.

Estonia

21-06-2013

- pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 3 the Republic of Estonia declares that the Convention will apply to it, in its relation with other States which have made the same declaration, 90 days after the date of deposit.
- pursuant to Article 5 the central authority responsible for receiving and forwarding the requests for information referred to in Article 4 is the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The authority will respond for information in Estonian and English.

France

Ireland

Latvia

In accordance with Article 5 of the Convention abolishing the legalisation of documents in the Member States of the European Communities, the Republic of Latvia declares that it has designated as central authority the Ministry of Justice, Brivibas Boulevard 36, Rigs, LV-1536, LATVIA.".
"In accordance with Article 5 of the Convention abolishing the legalisation of documents in the Member States of the European Communities, the Republic of Latvia declares that all requests for information under the said Convention must be written in Latvian, English of French.
