In accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 6 of the Convention abolishing the legalization of documents in the Member States of the European Communities (done at Brussels on the 25 day of May 1987), Belgium declares that it will apply this Convention in its relations with those Member States which have made the same declaration.

the functions provided for in the Convention

will apply to it, in its relation with other States which have made the same declaration,
90 days after the date of deposit.
- pursuant to Article 5 the central authority responsible for receiving and forwarding
the requests for information referred to in Article 4 is the Consular Department of
the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The authority will respond for information in Estonian
and English.

that all requests for information under the said Convention must be written in Latvian,
