The Kingdom of the Netherlands declares that in accordance with Article 3, paragraph 1, of the Part-Time Work Convention and after consultation with the respresentative organizations of employers and workers concerned, it excludes from the scope of the Convention employees solely or almost solely performing domestic work in provate household for less that three days a week as far as it concerns:
- Article 6 of the Labour Relations Extraordinary Decree 1945 (Buitengewoon Besluit Arbeidsverhoudingen 1945);
- social security.
