1. With respect to Belgium, these agreements shall enter into force in accordance
with article 6, paragraph 1.
2. These agreements shall become fully effective with respect to physical or juridical
persons under Belgian law upon receipt by all other parties of the notification that
the national law concerning this matter has come into force.
